Lead a crew on weekly mow routes — crisp cuts, clean trims, and blowdowns done to ProGreen’s standard. Manage the day’s schedule, keep equipment dialed in, and set the pace for the team.
Run landscape & hardscape installs — beds, plantings, pavers, curbing and rock. Read the plan, lead the crew, and deliver finished work that looks great from the curb.
Own the day-to-day — scheduling, crews, routes and client communication. Keep jobs on time and on budget, and help ProGreen scale. Leadership and organization are a must.
Run winter routes clearing driveways, walks and lots — skid steer or truck & plow experience a plus. Early mornings after storms, steady seasonal work all winter long.
